Handmade wool felt hats require gentle care to keep their shape and structure:

- Keep your hat resting upside down on the crown or hung on a wide hook to maintain its brim shape.
- Light dirt or dust can be removed with a soft brush or lint roller.
- Avoid getting your hat wet; if it does become damp, reshape gently and allow it to air dry naturally.
- Ribbons, silk ties and accessories should be kept away from oils, perfumes and makeup.

All orders ship via Australia Post. Made-to-order jewellery ships in 4–5 weeks. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 2–3 business days.
