Shipping Overview

At Artisan Accessories, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewellery and wool felt hats safely and efficiently. All orders are processed and shipped from Western Australia using Australia Post with tracking provided.


Shipping is available Australia wide.


Jewellery Shipping

Most jewellery pieces are made to order, allowing time for handcrafting using traditional silversmithing techniques.

Made-to-order jewellery:

  • Handcrafted within 4–5 weeks

  • Dispatched within 2–3 business days after completion

  • Ships free Australia-wide

Ready-to-ship jewellery:

  • Dispatched within 2–3 business days

  • Ships free Australia-wide

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


🎩 Hat Shipping

All hats include shipping in the product price, with no additional fees added at checkout.

  • Ready-to-ship hats dispatch in 2–3 business days

  • Hats are packaged in large protective hat boxes to maintain their shape during transit

  • Tracking is provided once shipped


📦 Packaging

Each order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Jewellery is shipped in protective boxes or pouches

  • Hats are shipped in large, rigid hat boxes

  • Orders may arrive in separate parcels if they contain multiple items


🚚 Delivery Timeframes (Australia-Wide)

Delivery estimates after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (location dependent)

  • Remote and regional areas may require additional time

These timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.


 

⚠️ Delays & Processing Times

Please note:

  • Handcrafted, made-to-order pieces require additional time to create

  • Public holidays and peak periods may cause delays with Australia Post

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once items have been dispatched


🔄 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional postage at the buyer’s expense.
