Sterling silver and gold jewellery should be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid chemicals, perfumes and swimming while wearing your pieces.
All orders ship via Australia Post. Made-to-order jewellery ships in 4–5 weeks. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 2–3 business days.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we accept returns only for manufacturing faults. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Yes! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable. If you need to start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
